Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and components included. You will also need proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

To start a return, contact us at support@buildkitau.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly sent products will be covered by BuildKit AU.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used, installed, or modified, items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation, special order or custom items, and items returned after the 30-day return window. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@buildkitau.com.au.
