BuildKit AU delivers Australia-wide — to your home, office, or worksite. We ship to all states and territories including NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $110 Australia-wide. For bulky items, a flat rate of $36 applies regardless of your location. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where Do My Orders Ship From?

BuildKit AU sources products from both Australian and international suppliers to bring you the best range at competitive prices. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product and supplier.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

For products shipped from our Australian suppliers, delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. For products shipped from our international suppliers, delivery typically arrives within 7–20 business days from the date of dispatch. Remote and rural areas may require additional delivery time. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00pm AEST may be processed the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your delivery online at any time.

What If My Order Is Delayed?

Occasionally delays can occur due to logistics factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
